So I wanted a hat for a golf trip, I reached out to them on Facebook asking how quickly it could ship. (it was Thursday night and I needed it by the following Tuesday) Anyway someone replied right away, asked what I was trying to order, then asked for my address to see if they could get it to me before my trip. They went above and beyond trying to help me get this hat before my trip and while ultimately they said they would not be able to guarantee it by Tuesday I went ahead with the order anyway because the customer service was great. I let them know I ordered it and they said they would do their best. I got a notification 2 hours after I arrived at my trip saying my hat arrived. Although I wasn’t able to wear it on my golf trip I knew I had a cool hat waiting for me when I got home. I feel that nowadays great customer service is a thing of the past so to have a company go above and beyond like that meant a lot. Then I got home and saw the hat. The quality, the fit, the style, it’s all there. Keep it up Birdie, I am now a loyal customer.
