Not loving your Birdie gear? No stress — you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags.

📦 How Returns Work

Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A prepaid return label

  • Simple instructions
    (Please contact us before sending anything back.)

💛 Damaged or Wrong Item?

Let us know right away with a quick message (and a photo if possible) and we’ll fix it fast.

🔄 Exchanges

To swap sizes or colours:

  1. Request a return

  2. Place a new order
    We’ll refund the original once it’s back with us.

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been over 15 business days since approval, email us and we’ll look into it.
